The DITEX Automotive Relay Analyzer is designed as a professional diagnostic instrument rather than a simple relay checker. Its additional capabilities provide greater diagnostic accuracy, improved workshop efficiency, and the ability to detect faults that conventional relay testers cannot identify.
Universal Relay Testing – No Sockets or Adapters Required
Existing relay testers on the market rely on fixed sockets or dedicated adapters to establish a controlled pin connection. This poses a major limitation: a relay can only be tested if it physically matches the tester’s socket footprint or if a specific adapter is available to route the terminals correctly.
The DITEX Automotive Relay Analyzer completely removes this bottleneck. It connects quickly to any 3-, 4-, or 5-terminal electromechanical relay without worrying about pin layout or footprint matching, delivering a clear result in seconds.

Automatically Detects Relay Pinout
Each terminal of the relay is connected to one of the five test leads of the Relay Analyzer. The connection order does not matter, simplifying test setup. The tester automatically matches each relay terminal to its function without prior knowledge of the pinout, eliminating the need for manual pin identification or wiring diagrams.

Precision Coil & Contact Analysis
Unlike conventional relay testers that simply provide a Pass/Fail indication, the DITEX Automotive Relay Analyzer independently evaluates both the relay coil and its contacts, helping identify faults that would otherwise remain undetected.
Independent Coil Testing
A dedicated Red LED indicates when the coil resistance is outside the acceptable range for the selected voltage mode (12V or 24V).
4-Stage Contact Condition Classification
The analyzer accurately measures relay contact resistance down to milliohms (mΩ) and classifies the condition of the relay contacts into four distinct stages:
• Good (<80 mΩ)
• Borderline (80–100 mΩ)
• Poor (100–120 mΩ)
• Failed (>120 mΩ)
This enables early detection of contact deterioration before complete relay failure occurs.

Tests Both 12V and 24V Automotive Relays
Operating mode (12V or 24V) is automatically selected based on the external supply voltage connected by the operator. Simply power the device from a 12V source to test 12V relays, or a 24V supply for 24V relays.

Intelligent Supply Voltage Monitoring & Protection
Guaranteed operation within a 10V to 30V DC supply range. The analyzer continuously monitors the input voltage to prevent invalid test results. It alerts the operator if the voltage exceeds 15V during a 12V relay test or falls below 21V during a 24V relay test.
Reverse polarity and overvoltage protection further improve reliability and help protect the instrument during everyday workshop use.

Automatic Pre-Test Safety Verification
Before every test, the device automatically scans every test lead and relay terminal for unexpected voltage.
If dangerous voltage is present, the test sequence will not start. This prevents instrument damage and significantly enhances overall reliability.

Specialized Ground-Switched Relay Support
Built-in dedicated test mode for specialized 3-terminal relays where the coil is internally fed directly from Terminal 30 (positive input), allowing accurate testing of this specific configuration.

Custom Test Lead Zeroing Capability
Features a software-based zeroing function to offset test lead resistance when using custom probes.
Simply connect all five test leads to the included tin-plated copper bar to calibrate the measurement system and maintain maximum measurement accuracy.
