Free Repair Cost
WARRANTY POLICY
In principle, the warranty term is 1-year from the date of purchase. If a defect occurs in the warranty period, the product can be returned to Auto DITEX BG Ltd. and will be repaired or replaced free of charge. But this warranty does not cover the following conditions.
- Damage resulting from misuse, alteration, accidents, tampering, fire.
- Damage caused by use on circuits or voltages other than indicated on the manual.
WARRANTY PERIOD & COVERAGE
1. Warranty Period for our products is 1 year from the date of sale to the original consumer.
2. During the warranty period, a freight cost isn’t free. The freight costs both ways are paid by the customer.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
1. Very slight troubles, which are generally not accepted as caused by defects in material and manufacture.
2. Loss of time, inconvenience, and any other consequential damage.
I. PRE-CHECK THE UNIT AND CORRECT INSTALLATION OF THE SOFTWARE
If you suspect that you have a problem with this product, read the operation instructions carefully to ensure that you are operating the products properly. If you determine that a real problem exists, inform us by e-mail or make contact with the distributor from whom you bought it.
II. RETURN FOR REPAIR
If the product requires repair, package the product carefully and send it to the address of the service center listed below.

When enclosing your Invoice for the Customs declaration, if it does not make any trouble or inconvenience to you, please mark the unit price less than Euro €10 or US Dollars $12, with a clear remark that this is no commercial value for repair service. Also when you return any defective diagnostic tool for repair, you have to inform us by E-Mail before return it.
III. RETURN AFTER REPAIR
Within 10 working days after the unit is received at the Ditex Service Center, it will be diagnosed, repaired or replaced, and shipped back to the end-user. If the unit is under warranty, it will be repaired or replaced at no cost and returned to the end-user after all freight costs are paid by the customer. If the warranty has expired, the unit will be repaired for a nominal service charge plus return freight cost.
